Easter in soft colors: olive green, pastel lilac, and pale banana
Easter doesn't have to be hectic or over the top for me.
In fact, I find myself increasingly craving peace in my home. Soft colors, a few beautiful items, and small gifts are all it takes to make it perfect for me.
This year, I've chosen three colors that truly evoke the Easter feeling for me: olive green, pastel lilac, and pale banana.
With these colors, you can easily create a calm and warm atmosphere in your home, without it having to be much.

💚 Olive green: peace and warmth
For me, olive green is truly a color that immediately brings peace.
It feels natural, warm, and practically goes with everything.
I personally love to use it on the table with candles or in small gifts.
In combination with wood and natural tones, the whole look immediately becomes softer and less "manufactured."
💜 Pastel lilac: soft and dreamy
Pastel lilac immediately gives that fresh spring feeling.
Not too bright, but rather a bit dreamy and calm.
Perfect for adding a soft touch to your interior or giving a small corner a bit more color.
I like to combine it with white, beige, or even olive green for a harmonious look.
It's one of those colors that automatically makes you happy, without being overpowering.

💛 Pale banana: light and sunny
Pale banana is a very soft yellow hue and truly perfect for Easter.
It adds just that touch of warmth and light to your home.
I love to use this color as a subtle accent, for example, in candles or small accessories.
In combination with olive green and lilac, it creates a soft and fresh spring atmosphere.

🕯️ Candles for a warm Easter atmosphere
Candles play a big role in my home, especially at Easter.
They immediately bring warmth and peace, without you having to add much.
Especially in soft colors like olive green, pastel lilac, and pale banana, they create a beautiful ensemble on the table or in a corner.
I like to place them:
- on the dining table
- in small groups
- or as a subtle accent in a cabinet or on a shelf
With just a few candles, you can already create an instant atmosphere.
🐣 Candles with a subtle Easter theme
Besides the calming colors, I also enjoy incorporating small Easter details.
Not too prominent, but subtle.
Think of candles in the shape of an egg, a small bunny, or dinner candles with an Easter motif.

These are the little things that give your interior that extra something, without making it feel cluttered.
I like to combine them with neutral tones and other candles to maintain a calm overall look.
It's precisely these small details that make it feel like Easter, without having to add much.
🎁 Small gifts, big gesture
What I enjoy most about Easter is giving something small.
Not big presents, but simply a sweet gesture.
Think of:
- a soap hanger
- a card
- a small candle
By combining and wrapping it beautifully, it immediately feels personal and special.

🐣 How to easily create an Easter moment
You really don't have to overhaul everything in your home to make it cozy.
A few beautiful items will get you a long way:
- styling a small corner
- combining a few soft colors
- placing a gift on the table
It's often by keeping it small that it feels most atmospheric.
